Tools for pleasure
Glasses, carafes and the trusty corkscrew, many implements to name but a few are associated with wine and are the tools not to be without allowing one to practise the true art of wine-drinking. Allow us to guide you through the fascinating world of the corkscrew, from the “rustic” models right through to the very “futuristic”, from the corkscrew equipped with blades, which leaves lookers-on without words, or the “gunner” corkscrew, for frequent usage. Decide which carafe is the one for you, whether it is dedicated to young or old wines. As for other tasting tools, should you choose a “stop goutte”, a centilitres measure, or even a cover for blind tasting? Don’t forget of course the tools of reason a spittoon and a alcohol degree measure.
